It is one of the few practices nationwide to measures the quality of vision before and after vision correction surgery following the same strict requirements of the FDA clinical trials. Dr. Pomerance is the medical director and chief surgeon of Pomerance Eye Center, P.C. Dr. Pomerance graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York City and trained in Ophthalmology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Pomerance is a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a principal interest in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Michelle Y. Robison, M.D. graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and trained in Ophthalmology at Alton Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Robison completed advanced fellowship training in Glaucoma at the University of Louisville.
Gene K. Lee, M.D. graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and trained in Ophthalmology at Emory Eye Center in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Lee is a comprehensive Ophthalmologist with interest in Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Ocular Plastic Surgery and Medical Retina.
Pomerance Eye Center is a high-technology, "high-touch" eye care environment with a focus on personalized care and service. Unlike other practices, each patient is seen by the doctor on all pre-operative and sentinal post-operative visits, not just minutes before surgery. All refractive surgery is performed on-site, in the state-of-the-art refractive surgical facility. Laser treatments are performed using the IntraLase femtosecond laser and the Wavelight Allegretto Excimer Laser system. Pre-operative evaluation is performed using state of the art topographic equipment to insure the doctors know all there is to know about your eyes!
